A smoothie for every occasion

We are total smoothie addicts and often experiment with different ingredients for different occasions. We truly believe there are NO bad smoothies and as long as you have a good base to your drink, you can’t go wrong! But if you’re in the market for a little guidance or some fresh ideas, have a look at some of our creations for a little inspiration.

We haven’t included any quantities as we think it depends what you fancy or have available, just play with these ingredients and see what you have in the fridge…Enjoy!


Workout protein filled smoothie

  • Soya milk (or other milk)
  • Banana
  • Oats
  • Dates
  • Cinnamon

Immune boosting smoothie

  • Freshly squeezed orange juice
  • Ginger
  • Carrot
  • Freshly squeezed lime juice

 Green morning smoothie

  •  Soya milk (or other milk)
  • Spinach
  • Kiwi

 Antioxidant smoothie 

  • Freshly squeezed orange juice
  • Beetroot
  • Strawberries
  • Mint leaves
